Terms and Conditions of the Love Your Inside Online Store

1. Seller Information
1.1. The owner of the online store available at loveyourinside.com is:

1.3. The Store operates on the Shopify platform.
2. Definitions
“Customer” – a consumer, entrepreneur with consumer rights, or entrepreneur.
“Consumer” – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
“Product” – movable goods offered in the Store.
“Business Days” – Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
3. Scope and Acceptance of the Terms
3.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, payments, shipping, withdrawals, and complaints.
3.2. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
4. Account and Newsletter
4.1. Creating an account and subscribing to the newsletter are voluntary.
4.2. Customers may delete their account at any time by contacting us via email.
4.3. The newsletter is sent only with the Customer’s consent. Unsubscribing is possible at any time.
5. Product Information and Pricing
5.1. All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are shown in PLN or EUR depending on the selected market.
5.2. Product prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
5.3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and product assortments. Changes do not affect orders placed before the changes come into effect.
5.4. Product photos and visualizations are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings or material characteristics.
6. Orders and Conclusion of the Sales Agreement
6.1. Orders are placed by adding products to the cart, providing the required information, and completing payment.
6.2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming receipt of the order.
6.3. The sales agreement is concluded once the Seller accepts the order for processing.
6.4. For card payments, the order processing time is counted from the moment the payment authorization is successfully completed.
6.5. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
- pricing errors,
- suspected fraud,
- product unavailability,
- incorrect or incomplete customer information,
- violation of these Terms and Conditions.
In such cases, the Customer will be informed, and any payment made will be refunded.
7. Payments
7.1. Available payment methods:
- payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro,
- BLIK,
- online bank transfers,
- Apple Pay,
- Google Pay.
7.2. Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used by the Customer whenever technically possible.
7.3. For card payments, refunds are issued to the bank account associated with the payment card used for the transaction.
7.4. Online payment processing services are provided by Autopay S.A.
8. Shipping and Delivery
8.1. Orders are shipped within up to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
8.2. All products available in the Store are physically in stock and shipped without preorder.
8.3. Available shipping methods within Poland:
- InPost Parcel Lockers – 14.90 PLN,
- InPost Courier – 18.90 PLN,
- InPost Courier Cash on Delivery – 24.90 PLN.
8.4. Available shipping method within the European Union:
- DPD EU Courier – 11.90 EUR.
8.5. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
8.6. We currently do not offer free shipping.
8.7. Once the shipment has been dispatched, the Customer receives a tracking number.
8.8. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8.9. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, the Seller may charge the Customer for reshipping costs or deduct the shipping and return shipping costs from the refund amount.
8.10. The Seller does not accept shipments:
- sent cash on delivery (COD),
- delivered to pickup points or parcel lockers without prior approval.
9. Right of Withdrawal
9.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the Product without providing any reason.

9.3. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or if the Product is defective.
9.4. The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
9.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Product or proof of return shipment has been received.
9.6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the Product shows:
- signs of use,
- damage,
- stains,
- perfume, smoke, or washing odors,
- missing parts or accessories.
9.7. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made or personalized products,
- sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons,
- digital content delivered electronically once performance has begun with the Customer’s consent,
- gift cards.
9.8. Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items.
9.9. The Customer is responsible for the returned shipment until it is delivered to the Seller.

10. Complaints and Non-Conformity of Goods
10.1. Complaints should be submitted via email to:

10.2. Complaint submissions should include:
- order number,
- description of the issue,
- photos of the Product and packaging.
10.3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days from receipt.
10.4. If a complaint is accepted, the Seller may:
- repair the Product,
- replace the Product,
- reduce the price,
- issue a refund.
10.5. If a shipment arrives damaged, we recommend preparing a damage report with the carrier.
11. Exchanges
11.1. The fastest exchange process is to return the Product according to Section 9 and place a new order.
12. Discount Codes and Promotions
12.1. Discount codes are valid only for the period specified in the promotion terms.
12.2. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
12.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders placed using discount codes applied contrary to their intended purpose.
12.4. Gift cards, if available, are non-refundable.
13. Liability
13.1. The Seller exercises due care to ensure the proper functioning of the Store.
13.2. The Seller shall not be liable for temporary interruptions in the operation of the Store resulting from causes beyond the Seller’s control, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13.3. Nothing in these Terms limits Consumer rights granted under applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
14.1. All materials available in the Store, including photos, graphics, designs, texts, and branding elements, are protected by copyright law.
14.2. Copying, distributing, or using any materials without prior consent from the Seller is prohibited.
15. Personal Data
15.1. Rules regarding the processing of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law and Disputes
16.1. Agreements concluded through the Store are governed by Polish law, with respect for mandatory consumer protection laws applicable within the European Union.
16.2. Consumers may use the European ODR platform:

16.3. The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible.
17. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
17.1. The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, including:
- changes in applicable law,
- changes in payment or delivery methods,
- changes in Store functionality,
- changes in Seller information,
- clarification of the Terms and Conditions.
17.2. Updated Terms and Conditions will be published in the Store along with the effective date.
17.3. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated Terms come into effect.
17.4. Customers with accounts will be informed about changes via email or Store notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
