Returns & Refunds

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by email at: contact@loveyourinside.com
(subject: “Return – [order number]”).

Sending an email helps us process your return faster, but it is not required in order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale:

  • unused,
  • unworn,
  • free from signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product,
  • with tags attached, if applicable.

Original packaging is not required, but items should be securely packed for return shipping.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of:

  • use,
  • damage,
  • stains,
  • perfume, smoke, or washing odors,
  • missing parts or accessories.

Please include proof of purchase or your order number with the return.

Return Shipping & Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise.

We do not accept returns:

  • sent cash on delivery (COD),
  • delivered to pickup points or parcel lockers without prior approval.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. The customer is responsible for the returned shipment until it is delivered to our return address.

For returns sent from outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional clearance fees related to the returned shipment.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is damaged,
  • defective,
  • incorrect,
  • or if you received the wrong product.

To help us process your claim faster, please include:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue,
  • photos of the product and packaging.

Claims are reviewed within 14 days from the date we receive the request.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • custom-made or personalized products,
  • sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons,
  • digital content delivered electronically once performance has begun with the customer’s prior consent,
  • gift cards.

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as non-sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days from:

  • receiving the returned item,
    or
  • receiving proof that the item has been sent back.

The refund includes the cost of the cheapest standard shipping method offered in the store.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Additional Information

This policy applies only to consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights granted to consumers under the laws applicable in their country of residence.
