SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
Orders are shipped within up to 3 business days from the moment payment is successfully received.
We do not offer preorders. All products available in the store are physically in stock and ready to ship.
Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination country.
Shipping Within Poland
Available shipping methods and costs:
- InPost Parcel Lockers – 14.90 PLN
- InPost Courier – 18.90 PLN
- InPost Courier Cash on Delivery – 24.90 PLN
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before completing the purchase.
We currently do not offer free shipping.
Shipping Within the European Union
We offer shipping to selected European Union countries via DPD courier service.
International shipping cost:
- DPD EU Courier – 11.90 EUR
The exact shipping cost is displayed during checkout before completing the purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided or the shipment is not collected, we may charge the customer for the cost of reshipping.
Shipment Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning products.

We do not accept shipments:
- sent cash on delivery (COD),
- delivered to parcel lockers or pickup points without prior approval.
If a shipment is returned to us due to being unclaimed by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost from the refund amount.
